What are the types of tickets available?

•    Industry Pass: US$900 (Early Bird Access ends 15 July). Complimentary for SME Finance Forum Members
•    SME Pass: USD $100 (for the first 100 SMEs). For micro, small, or medium enterprises with up to 300 employees, an annual turnover of no more than US$15 million, and at least one year of operations.
•    Policy pass: Complimentary access for policymakers, regulators and other government institutions​ only
•    Media pass: Complimentary access for accredited editorial members of the press only

Does the ticket price include tax? Yes, ticket prices are inclusive of prevailing taxes.
What is included in the ticket?

The Global Forum passes include access to a variety of curated programmes including: Forum Stage, FutureMatters™ Stage, Public-Private Roundtables, Deep-Dive Workshops​, All Day Dining, Industry Networking Events and 1-1 Meetings.

Can I buy the ticket on-site at the event? Yes, you may walk-in to purchase the ticket onsite at the price, although spaces are limited, so we would recommend securing your ticket to avoid disappointment. Ticket availability is subjected to capacity cap.
I won’t be able to attend the event in person. Is there a digital option? This event is in-person only.
How can I nominate a speaker for the Global SME Finance Forum?

Are tickets transferrable? Ticket transfers are subject to approval. Please reach out to info@globalsmefinanceforum.com with your request. 
What is the cancellation policy?

A strict no cancellation policy applies. Should you need to send a replacement, please reach out info@globalsmefinanceforum.com with your request.

Can I request for a refund if I cannot make it to the event? All tickets paid are non-refundable. Please see the cancellation policy above.
How can I obtain a visa invitation letter? We recommend checking travel and visa requirements for entering South Africa for business events to ensure a smooth trip. A convenient tool for verifying these requirements is available here.
