Bharat is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and has built a 23-year career with the firm (2003 - present). Based in New York, he has also held extended tenures in BCG’s Mumbai and Washington, DC offices.
He is currently BCG’s Global Leader for Consumer, Business and Private Banking. Prior to that, Bharat has founded, build and globally led Digital Banking, End-to-End Customer Journeys / F2B Digitization, and BCG’s Customer Experience practices with a deep focus on baking and insurance.
Bharat advises CEOs and executive committees across banking, insurance and payments on front-to-back transformations that combine customer and colleague experience improvement with operating model redesign, technology/AI modernization and measurable productivity outcomes. He frames outcomes across the “four Cs”: Customer experience, Colleague experience, Controls, and Cost/Cash - aiming to break the traditional trade-off between better experience and lower cost.
