Femi Jaiyeola is a C-suite Risk and Compliance executive with over 27 years of experience in financial services, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Access Bank Plc. His career spans both Nigeria and the UK, with senior roles at global institutions including Citibank London, Barclays Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank.

He was previously the Group Chief Conduct & Compliance Officer at Access Bank Plc and has held leadership positions in Internal Control, Governance and Internal Audit.

He holds board-level positions including Non-Executive Director at CRC Credit Bureau Limited, Chairman of the ESG Advisory Board at the Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association, and Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the MasterCard EMEA Fraud Advisory Council and a Director of the Compliance Institute Nigeria.

Femi holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh and is an alumnus of the Strategic Leadership programme at Saïd Business School, Oxford. He is a regular speaker on Risk Management, Financial Crime Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
