Dr. Ayman ElTarabishy is President and CEO of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) and a Professor of Management at the George Washington University School of Business. He is a global leader in entrepreneurship and small business development and co-founded the United Nations Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) Day. His work focuses on Human-Centered Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems, SME development, innovation, and public policy. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Small Business Management and works with international institutions, governments, and academic partners to advance entrepreneurship and strengthen MSMEs worldwide.
