Jamie Burink

Jamie Burink is Chief Growth Officer at Akkuro by Topicus, working at the intersection of banking, technology and growth. His journey with Topicus started during his studies, before formally joining the company in 2008. He went on to lead Fyndoo, growing it into an international lending technology business that today forms Akkuro Lending.

Jamie has spent much of his career working with banks and financial institutions across Europe and Asia, with a strong focus on lending and SME finance. Today, his scope extends across the broader financial services landscape, exploring how composable technology, data and AI can make financial institutions fundamentally more adaptive.

He believes technology matters when it changes what financial institutions and their customers can actually achieve. His ambition is to help close the gap between financial needs and financial services, making finance more accessible, adaptive and effective for everyone participating in the economy.
