Kell Jay Lim

Kell Jay is the Regional Head of GrabFin, the fintech arm of Grab Financial Group. In this role, he is accountable for the development and execution of Grab's fintech vision of bringing financial inclusion to the 6 in 10 Southeast Asians who are under-served. GrabFin consists of payments, lending, insurance, investments and rewards.

Before this, Kell Jay had also assumed different leadership positions at Grab, such as the Regional Head of Operations, Regional Head of GrabFood, Co-Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Regional Head of Business Development and Partnerships. Notably, as the first Country Head of Grab Singapore, Kell Jay helped launch Grab in this market and led its business in its first six years.

Prior to joining Grab, Kell Jay led complex customer analytics projects for large multi-national clients in his previous stint at Accenture. Kell Jay holds an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield.
