Humaid Mudhaffr

Mr. Humaid has long been an influential figure at Qarar, where he was one of the founding team members representing SIMAH during Qarar’s inception in 2011 and has been a valued member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Humaid has 23 years of experience in technology operations, enterprise management, and consumer and SME financing, Mr. Humaid is one of the pioneering executives at the first national credit bureau in Saudi Arabia, driving its operations and data management functions.
His successful career path has encompassed leadership and Board member roles at GLEIF, EMGN, ACIPE, Riyadh Capital Financing Fund II & III. His most recent position was at SME Government Credit Guarantee “Kafalah”, where he was leading as Chief Business Development and Research and played a significant role during the pandemic year 2020 and beyond for developing an innovative and diversified guaranteed schemes for SME sector in KSA.
Mr. Humaid is widely recognized as an inspiring public speaker and subject matter expert in the financial technology sector, having shared his knowledge and strategic views at numerous events and conferences in KSA, the UAE, and internationally.
