Hourn Thy

Hourn is the Business Lead at the SME Finance Forum, a global network of over 250 SME-oriented financial institutions and fintech companies from around the world. He has over 20 years of experience in business development, SME capacity building and financial sector development in emerging markets as well as coordinating a G20 SME Finance grant program. Prior to joining the Forum, Hourn managed IFC Access to Finance program in Cambodia and Lao PDR for 5 years. He hold Master degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Ecôle Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France and in International Business Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
