Yasmina EI Hosseiny

Yasmina El Hosseiny is a senior banking professional with over 25 years of experience across retail and corporate banking, strategic planning, and business transformation. Since 2019, she has served as Strategic Planning Director at the Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank), leading strategic formulation and execution, financial inclusion, sustainability, process reengineering, project management, and export promotion.
Throughout her career, she has worked with leading regional and international banks, gaining extensive experience across SMEs, large corporates, multinational companies, and the public sector. Her work focuses on advancing strategic growth, strengthening SME development, and supporting sustainable economic impact.
Yasmina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the American University in Cairo, graduating with Honors, and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. She was recognized among Egypt’s Top 50 Women in 2021 and has completed executive leadership programmes at Barclays, the Egyptian Banking Institute, and Harvard.
