Graeme Harris

Graeme Harris is a Practice Lead and Global Program Lead at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in advisory services, upstream development, and business management. His work has covered four regions and settings from post-conflict and post-disaster field operations to regional and global leadership roles.

Graeme focuses on financial institutions, MSME development, skills and human capital, and gender inclusion. He aims to make clients more investment-ready, particularly in IDA and fragile and conflict-affected countries.
