Samantha Sangster

Samantha is the Membership Coordinator at the SME Finance Forum, where she also leads the Women's Entrepreneurship Innovation Hub and the newly launched South Asia Regional Chapter. She brings over 14 years of experience across financial inclusion, knowledge management, and MSME advisory, across both the private sector and international development. Her work currently focuses on supporting financial service providers in expanding access to finance for underserved markets in developing economies.

Samantha is passionate about entrepreneurs and SMEs, with a specialized interest in women-led enterprises, the creative industries, and technology sectors. As a former entrepreneur herself, she combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of MSME challenges gained through founding and running her own consulting enterprise. Samantha holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a BSc in Physics from the University of the West Indies, along with a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.
