Victor Malu

Victor is a Pan-African digital finance and inclusive development leader with over 35 years of experience shaping financial systems across Africa. He has led the team that developed the current National Payments Strategy 2022 to 2032 for the Central Bank of Kenya. His work lies at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and inclusion enabling sustainable solutions for undeserved communities and building infrastructure that supports a thriving digital economy.
He is currently serving as a Senior Business Development Lead at the Mojaloop Foundation, where he impacts several countries including Malawi , Zambia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mauritius Rwanda and Uganda on cross-border interoperability and financial inclusion. He also supports financial inclusion projects in The Gambia, Liberia, Ghana, South Sudan, Somali land, Rwanda, Kenya and Togo.
