Currently, as the Senior Director of Global Policy and Government Affairs at Circle Internet Financial, Limited, a leading digital asset company, she has taken on a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital assets regulation. Prior to Circle, Ashley served as the Head of Global Policy for popular micromobility provider Lime, where she was responsible for establishing micromobility regulations and operations in over 150 jurisdictions across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia .
