Ashley N. Scott is a seasoned regulatory, legislative, and public policy professional with a robust career spanning multiple years within emerging industries. Her expertise lies at the intersection of innovation and policy where she has excelled in identifying and leveraging the potential of new technologies to further public interest goals.

Her expertise and understanding of strategic advocacy has led to the passage of groundbreaking legislation and has resulted in a decade-long career in forging first-impression regulatory frameworks across the globe.

Currently, as the Senior Director of Global Policy and Government Affairs at Circle Internet Financial, Limited, a leading digital asset company, she has taken on a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital assets regulation. In her role, she collaborates with key stakeholders across the political spectrum to promote policies that enable the responsible expansion of blockchain technology.

Prior to Circle, Ashley served as the Head of Global Policy for popular micromobility provider Lime, where she was responsible for establishing micromobility regulations and operations in over 150 jurisdictions across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia . She also has served as a former City Attorney for the City of Atlanta. Ashley holds a law degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
