Ghita Erling

Ghita has 25 years of experience in corporate and retail banking, transactional banking, and payments. A specialist in change and build, she is the CEO of the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA), where she is leading the transition of the organisation and its functions to a new operating model. In her last role, she was responsible for building and operationalising the payments systems for the Discovery Bank start up. She has served as a director on the boards of BankservAfrica and SBV Services and has a masters degree in engineering.
