Pearl Nkrumah is Executive Director and Head of Retail & Digital Banking for the Africa Subsidiaries of Access Bank PLC. With over two decades of experience, she leads efforts to expand SME financing, drive digital innovation, and deepen financial inclusion across key African markets.
She also serves as Chair of the Governing Council of the Ghana Stock Exchange, where she champions improved access to capital for SMEs through stronger governance, sustainable finance practices, and innovative market structures.
Pearl is passionate about empowering women-led businesses, scaling impact through partnerships, and building Africa’s next generation of growth enterprises. She holds an MBA, LLB, and executive training from Harvard Business School.
