Stella is Senior Operations Officer at the International Finance Corporation, working in the Financial Institutions Group. She has over 30 years’ multi sectoral experience in banking, oil and gas, academia, SME development, SME banking advisory, and project management. She has worked with various IFC clients across sub-Saharan Africa managing projects across different thematic areas. She is the practice group lead for Non – financial services and Banking on Women advisory projects in East and Southern Africa. Her specialties include SME skills development, non-financial services and capacity building for women led MSMEs.
