Karla Espinoza

Karla Espinoza is a global operations and strategy leader with a track record of driving high-profile initiatives, forging public–private partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams across sectors. As part of the SME Finance Forum at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), she co-led the design of the Global SME Finance Forum 2025, an official G20 South Africa side event, and has directed flagship forums in Brazil, India, and Cambodia. Her career spans leadership roles at the Inter-American Development Bank and C-level positions in the private sector, delivering revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. Karla holds advanced degrees in Economics and Business Administration and is based in Virginia, where she also champions social causes.
