Hamza Rkha Chaham is a Moroccan tech entrepreneur driving climate-smart, profitable farming in Africa. He co-founded SOWIT, an AgriFinTech startup using AI, remote sensing, and credit scoring to bridge financing and productivity gaps — named among Station F’s FUTURE 40. He also launched TAKAMOUL, a smart aggregation platform delivering embedded finance and field support to field crops farmers across thousands of hectares in Morocco. Hamza’s work merges tech, finance, and AI to empower both smallholders and large farms.
Backed by partners like the IFC, Al Mada Ventures and leading African financial institutions, his mission is to unlock Africa’s agricultural potential — hectare by hectare.
