Keegan Ziady
Investment Director, Financial Services Platforms & Partnerships, British International Investment
Keegan Ziady is an Investment Director at British International Investment (BII), where he leads the platforms and SME finance strategy for the Financial Services Group across Africa and South Asia.
Since joining BII in July 2019, Keegan has played a pivotal role in structuring and deploying capital for strategic investments. Most recently, he has led BII’s investment into Growth Investment Partners (GIP), the organisation’s flagship SME financing platform in Africa. He has also invested in a range of balance sheet businesses, private credit funds and private equity funds in support of BII’s development mandate.
Keegan began his career at Bain & Company and brings nearly 15 years of experience in private equity, M&A and impact investing across Africa, Europe and Asia, with a focus on buy-and-build and platform strategies.
Keegan holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Business Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town.
