Hourn Thy

Hourn is the head of operations of the SME Finance Forum. He oversees daily operations of the unit which operates a global network of over 230 SME-oriented financial institutions and fintech companies from around the world. He has over 20 years of experience in business development, SME capacity building and financial sector development in emerging countries as well as coordinating a G20 SME Finance grant program. Prior to joining the Forum, Hourn managed IFC Access to Finance program in Cambodia and Lao PDR for 5 years. He has Master degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Ecôle Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France and in International Business Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
