Kalina B. Miller

Ms. Kalina B. Miller is the Manager for IFC’s Financial Institutions Group, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In her current role, Ms. Miller has responsibility for IFC’s investment and portfolio program in the financial sector across Southern Africa and manages the relationship with key financial markets players in all thirteen of the covered countries.
She has an extensive global expertise with investment transactions in various sectors, including support of financial institutions and the development of their climate and sustainable finance programs.
Prior to this role, Ms. Miller lead and supported IFC investments and advisory services in different capacities out of Washington, D.C., Mexico City, Hong Kong, Bangkok, covering Eastern Europe, Africa, Latin America, South Asia, and East Asia Pacific.
