Mrs. Fatma Dirkes is Vice President and Head of Executive & Professional Education at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, leading global programs in banking, sustainable finance, leadership, and digital innovation. She holds an MBA from Goethe University Frankfurt and is a certified Executive and Career Coach.
With over two decades of experience, she previously led the International Advisory Services Department, developed the e-Campus platform, and helped establish the UNEP Collaboration Centre for Climate and Sustainable Energy Finance. Her work spans over 90 countries, supporting institutions like the EU, EIB, EBRD, ADB, AfDB, and KfW.
Since 2020, she has served as President of the European Banking and Financial Training Association (EBTN), promoting financial education and sustainable finance across Europe.
