Samantha is an operations and program management professional currently with the SME Finance Forum, where she drives membership operations, growth initiatives, and due diligence processes. She brings over 12 years of experience across financial inclusion, knowledge management, and MSME advisory, including five years at the World Bank before joining the IFC. Her work focuses on driving financial service providers to expand access for underserved markets in developing economies.

Samantha is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs, with specialized focus on women-led enterprises, creative industries, and technology sectors. As a former entrepreneur herself, she combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of MSME challenges gained through founding and running her own consulting enterprise. Samantha holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a BSc. in Physics from the University of the West Indies, along with a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.
