Khantse Radebe is a registered Chartered Accountant, with an MBA from Stellenbosch University with electives in the automotive ecosystem and financial markets.
Following a variety of roles in Financial Services, including Head of Sales Direct Channel, CFO Asset Based Finance and General Manager Corporate & Institutional Segment – she has amassed deep knowledge and expertise in secured lending finance across customers segments and economic sectors.

With over 17 years' experience in financial services, her personal highlights include funding successes in Agriculture and Yellow Metal sectors such as Contract Mining, Construction & Resources. More recently, she has worked with SME's providing solutions in Alternative Energy to ensure energy certainty for small enterprises impacting on their energy resilience and independence.

She has experience in reformed operating models with targeted customer focus, operational excellence and formulated strategic medium to long term thematic outcomes. Khantse specialises in executing on strategies earning internal awards for exceptional business performance and customer focus.
