Naadiya Moosajee is a serial entrepreneur, engineer, and global development leader, passionate about building inclusive innovation ecosystems. She is the co-founder of WomHub and WomEng, pioneering platforms that accelerate female founders in STEM (Science,Tech, Engineering, Mining & Manufacturing). She is also the founder of a cybersecurity start-up called cybherfence and an LP into Five35 Ventures, a gender lens African fund. Naadiya advises corporates, investors, and multilaterals on gender-lens investing, sustainable finance, and the future of work, and is recognized globally for her thought leadership on gender, AI, and inclusive finance. She has served on a number of local and global boards and was name in 2024 as the most disruptive woman in Tech at the Africa Women in Tech Awards
