Thabang Heads the Financial Inclusion and Public Policy Division of the Banking Association (BASA). Prior to that he was the Executive Head of Public Affairs at Nedbank. He is also qualified Journalist by trade. He holds an MBA and is the founding Chairperson of the Institute for Stakeholder Relations (ISR).
